To ensure compliance with our Code of Conduct and to create a working environment that ensures honest business activities as well as wellbeing of our employees, Pilatus established a digital whistleblower system that allows them to report violations either confidentially or anonymously. Business partners can also report through the whistleblower system. This whistleblowing system is hosted by an independent third‑party provider, separate from Pilatus IT environment, to ensure anonymity as required by law.
If you reasonably suspect that a breach of the Code of Conduct has occurred, please report the circumstances of this suspicion via this channel, regardless of whether there is certainty that a violation of the law, internal policies or a misconduct has also been committed.
If such an incident has happened to you personally, or if you have observed or become aware of an incident involving another person, please report it through this system and select the appropriate category.

How our whistleblower system helps protect your privacy
- No identifying information is provided to the contacts.
- Your message will be stylometrically redacted to provide you with an even higher level of anonymity. We remove all punctuation and convert all words to lowercase.
- All information is end-to-end encrypted, so your sensitive information remains safe.
What you can do to protect yourself
- You are not on the corporate network (Internet/VPN).
- You should not use a device (smartphone, computer, etc) that is provided by your employer.
- You should not use the kinds of idioms or abbreviations that you frequently use in conversations or when writing emails.
